1. Appointments & Booking

All appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment.

Consultations require an advance of ₹1,000, which is fully redeemable against any treatment you choose to take.

Treatments require an advance of 30% of the total treatment value to confirm your session. The balance is payable at the studio on the day of your appointment.

Your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. Nisha takes a limited number of sessions per day, and a confirmed booking blocks that time for you alone.

2. Payments

Advance payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer, or the payment link shared at the time of booking.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of the consultation, mapping, and standard aftercare guidance associated with the treatment.

Prices are subject to revision; the price confirmed at the time of your booking is the price you pay.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Booking amounts are non-refundable.

Appointments may be rescheduled once, with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Your advance carries forward in full to the new date.

Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend a confirmed appointment, will result in forfeiture of the advance.

Late arrivals beyond 20 minutes may require rescheduling and will be treated under the above policy — our sessions are never rushed, and shortened appointments compromise the standard of work we are willing to put our name to.

4. Consultations & Candidacy

Every treatment begins with a private consultation and honest assessment. In some cases, Nisha may advise against a treatment, recommend an alternative, or advise postponement. This judgement is final and made solely in the interest of your result.

If you are assessed as unsuitable for a treatment at the consultation stage, your consultation fee may be applied to any other suitable service.

5. Health Disclosure

You are responsible for disclosing your complete and accurate medical history — including allergies, skin conditions, medications, blood-thinning agents, pregnancy or nursing, diabetes, keloid tendency, and any prior permanent makeup or scalp micropigmentation.

Certain conditions may require written clearance from your physician before treatment.

Nisha Kohlani Aesthetic Studio reserves the right to decline or discontinue a treatment where non-disclosure is discovered, without refund of the advance.

6. Results & Expectations

Permanent makeup, scalp micropigmentation, and paramedical treatments are artistic medical procedures performed on living skin. Healed results vary with skin type, lifestyle, aftercare compliance, sun exposure, and individual healing response.

Most semi-permanent treatments are completed over two sessions; the perfecting session, where included, must be taken within the window advised at your appointment.

Colour softening and gradual fading over time are natural characteristics of these treatments, not defects. Periodic colour boosts are recommended to maintain results and are chargeable separately.

Before-and-after outcomes shown on our website and social media are genuine client results and are illustrative, not a guarantee of identical outcomes.

7. Aftercare

Detailed aftercare instructions are provided at your session. Following them is essential to your healed result.

Results compromised by non-compliance with aftercare — including sun exposure, swimming, picking, or use of unadvised products during healing — are not eligible for complimentary correction.

8. Corrections & Work Done Elsewhere

Correction or cover-up of permanent makeup performed at other studios is accepted only after in-person assessment, and may require removal sessions before corrective work can begin.

Feasibility, sessions, and pricing are confirmed at consultation.

9. Photography & Media

With your written consent, we may photograph your treatment area before and after your procedure for your clinical record, and — only if you separately agree — for our portfolio and social media.

Your face can be cropped or concealed on request. You may decline or withdraw consent for public use at any time; your treatment is never conditional on it.

10. Conduct & Studio Environment

Ours is a single-client, private studio. We request that clients attend appointments alone where possible; companions and children may be asked to wait in the lounge.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abusive conduct or arrival under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants, with the advance treated as forfeited.

11. Liability

All treatments are performed under physician-led protocols with sterile, single-use instruments and medical-grade pigments.

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you have disclosed your health information accurately, understood the procedure and its aftercare, and consented to it.

Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the treatment in question.

12. Privacy

Your personal, medical, and contact information is used solely to deliver and improve your care, and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

13. Contact

These terms are subject to periodic revision. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to your appointment.
